An additional thought is to make these missiles a non-sanctionable action as far as CONCORD is concerned, making them useful everywhere. Miners can tag ore-thieves, or pirates can tag potential targets. The potential of this is huge.

BTW its ok, I wouldn't know how to go back to WoW, because honestly, I've never been there. What truly atracted me to Eve is the rich industrial/economic environment, my love of sci-fi, and the generally intelligent player base (for the most part)...
